Policies

​

ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

We don't recommend arriving more than 5 minutes early for your appointment but you are welcome to.  It is most convenient to park closer to our suite number.  A NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM will be available to fill out if you haven't done so online already.  Your comfort is important, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience enjoyable.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your session might be shortened in order to accommodate others.  We will do our best to maximize your time.

 

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING

Please try to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours advance.  Last minute cancellation or rescheduling  may be charged  a 100% cancellation fee as the time reserved for you could have been saved for others. In the event of sickness or family emergency, we will waive the cancellation fee. 

 

NO SHOW

Forgetting or consciously choose to forgo an appointment will be considered a “no-show” A 100% fee will be applied.​

GIFT CARDS  

Transferable to friends and family members with prior notice. Non refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift card/ gift certificate values do not expire.

PREPAID PACKAGES 

Packages do not expire and are transferable to friends and family or can be used as a gift with prior notice. Due to my busy schedule, it is always best to schedule your appointment early, at least 2-4 weeks in advance. If a last minute appointment is not possible, a waiting list will be created to fill up any last minute cancellation.  If you also have busy schedule and cannot commit to scheduling your appointment in advance, packages may not be suitable for you.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts may only apply towards standard rates and cannot be combined, except for Referral discount.
